 : </strong></span><strong>Depuis le PK" la Colombe" ( Tourner a
 gauche apres avoir traverse le village ) rejoindre la chapelle Saint
 Cyriaque qui domine le village (belles vues sur la plaine de
 Brignoles ) . Nous nous dirigerons ensuite vers un deuxieme edifice
 religieux (Notre Dame de Paracol) et sa table d'orientation .Nous
 pourrons apercevoir au loin le mont CUIT . Un joli sentier rectiligne
 nous y conduira . Une bonne grimpette nous emmenera au sommet . Nous
 ferons le point apres l'ascension car 2 possibilites s'offrent a nous
 . Soit nous rentrons par le SUD (GR 653 a) soit nous prenons par le
 nord le sentier des cretes (voir ces 2 traces sur la carte jointe
 .)</strong></p>
 
 <p><span style="color:#e74c3c;"><strong>ITINERAIRE
 ROUTIER :</strong></span><strong> Depuis le PK du complexe sportif
 du Val de l'ARC (PK du fond) prendre l'autoroute A8 (Nice) . Sortie
 Brignoles Le VAL (N° 35) . Au 1er rond point prendre a gauche N7 . 
 Au rond point suivant prendre encore a gauche D554 (le VAL)  .
 Prendre le VAL CENTRE et traverser le village. Le PK "la Colombe" se
 trouve en bout du village sur la Gauche
