 : </strong></span><strong>Depuis le PK du Tholonet direction les
 rives de Zola par l'aqueduc de Doudon , le Banc (tourner a droite) .
 Suivre les rives et arriver au barrage de Zola . Apres les panneaux
 prendre le sentier caillouteux sur la droite qui arrive en haut au GR
 . Poursuivre par le tour de la Foret (sens horaire inverse )puis
 revenir a Zola par la descente de la grande betonnee . Remonter au
 banc et pousuivre jusqu'au bas de la petite betonnee , Doudon et la
 Fenetre (13 km) ou OPTION rentrer par le banc et la fenetre (12
 km).</strong></p>

 ROUTIER : </strong></span><strong>Par l'A8(Toulon/Nice ) Sortie 31
 (Val St Andre) Suivre les panneaux "Tholonet" . Le Parking est a
